The name “Cloud hands” comes from a Tai Chi posture.
 

I am a 53 yearold married male with two teenaged boys. I am interested in Buddhism, and Taoism, and practice meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong. I hope to offer an online stress counselling service. I spent 19 years on front line emergency ambulances until 1992 when I left the service to study for a degree. From 1975 I have helped people cope with stress, post traumatic stress, bereavement and bullying. I complement counselling with meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong. I am currently working towards a diploma in counselling. I hope my blogsite will help others understand the nature of stress in all its forms and find ways to help overcome it and may be take up Tai Chi.
